►author's notes: to my lovely, lovely prompter: thanks for the wonderful prompt! I hope this is okay and that you don’t absolutely hate it. Due to some unforeseen events I wasn’t able to really flesh out this fic like I wanted and it’s a bit choppy, but I hope you like it anyway!
( It’s not unheard of for Jongin to be at the Laundromat two streets away from Grandma and Grandpa Kim’s house at 10pm on a Friday night in the middle of summer )
